Bio
An independent multi-media artist, Fariba is living and working in Tehran, Iran. In creation of her art pieces, she uses various objects including photos, pieces of colourful fabrics, as well as sheets of copper, silver, and gold. In her art pieces, she makes use of recycled materials and pieces of animal’s dead body parts such as fish scales. Fariba completed her BA in cinema (majoring in cinematography) and has been involved in various projects as the director of photography and cinematographer.
