Fariba Oni is an independent multi-media artist based in Dubai, known for her innovative approach to environmental art. She blends photography, fabrics, metals, and recycled objects to create tactile, visually rich pieces that tell compelling stories through repurposed materials. Her work not only reflects her artistic vision but also emphasizes sustainability, infusing her art with rich history and narrative. Additionally, since 2022, she has served as the GCC principal consultant at MiSaZi, where she leverages her artistic skillsets to advise directors on regional opportunities, curate art exhibitions, and explore emerging digital art trends, including NFTs.
BA in Cinema, with a focus on Cinematography, from Art University in Tehran, Iran, 2005. This was during a period when I became deeply interested in environmental art and began participating in various art exhibitions as a multi-media artist.
