Farshid Barghi

Bio

 Farshid Barghi, born in 1985 in Tehran, developed a deep passion for cubism and portrait art from an early age. He studied graphic design and later established his first photography studio in 2013, initially focusing on commercial photography. Over time, he embraced glamour and tourism photography, exploring abstract and surreal themes while defying artistic restrictions in Iran. Recognized as a composer photographer, his work blends multiple forms, often highlighting poetic symbolism, everyday challenges, and the essence of womanhood .

.  Group Exhibition, Echoes of Eternity and Sustainable Dreams, Misazi & Jaryan Art Gallery, Yazd 


 Due to the nude nature of his work, he held private solo exhibitions, reflecting themes of "Woman," "Tradition," and "Oppression." His art challenges the long-imposed constraints on Iranian women, portraying their journey from enforced veiling to reclaiming freedom and pride in their femininity.
